"Before joining with Drew at State Farm, I had a number of different insurances. I would always have to wait on hold and talk to multiple people before finding someone competent to speak with. It was always a hassle to find an answer or make a change to my policy. It has been the complete opposite since joining Drew’s team. He is always available to speak with or his team has an answer to my questions. Additionally, I get updates / reminders routinely to any policy changes and reasons for those changes.
